After having our Equinox vehicle serviced (perhaps incorrectly in some ways) by the same mechanic for years, we started encountering problems with the engine and were told it wouldn't be worth repairing, and that we should just sell or rebuild the engine before more problems occur and they didn't want to take on such a repair. So we stopped driving it all together until we moved to Denver 3 weeks ago. Mancinelli's caught our eye as we drove by and decided it would be worth a shot...couldn't get any worse! By far the BEST DECISION we could have ever made. Their ENTIRE team was incredibly knowledgable AND communicative! Now, I don't know what other customers' experience is in regards to knowing the steps/process their vehicle goes through, but the level and multiple avenues of communication (email, message, call) from Mancinelli's was off the charts! A week later, the vehicle is driving like it was well before the issue and we've laid out a great action plan to work on any other repairs needed. No one pressured us to repair everything at once and due to their thorough attention to detail, we have a hit list of items to complete based on multiple criteria. Truly top notch service/skills and they even threw in a Vet discount! Happy to be a new customer!
