I am happy to write a review for Mancinelli’s. From making the appointment with Jenn, through my conversation with Steve who answered all my questions on the diagnostic report patiently, respectfully, and clearly and helped me structure what needed to be done immediately and why and what could wait, plus being able to pick up the car sooner than I expected that day, this place is the best. Really.

Vehicle had to be towed in and while they had no openings for a week, the got the problem diagnosed and fixed in two days. I really trust these folks!

Best experience I’ve had with a car repair! They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Staff updated with progress and cost of repairs. Very transparent and easy!

Mancinelli’s was straight forward and upfront about pricing and sent a helpful digital copy of everything they did to my car while it was in their care along with a printed copy. They asked for my permission before doing anything and were very respectful! I’m absolutely taking my car here again!

I moved to Denver in 2003 and someone recommended Mancinelli's Auto Repair for an oil change and some repair work I needed on my vehicle shortly after arriving in town. Now 20 years later, and about 5 vehicles later, I am still going to Mancinelli's. They too have done pre-purchase inspections on 3 used autos I've purchased over the years. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else! Owner Steve Mancinelli is a very standup guy -- full of integrity and honesty to the core. And the work they do is top notch, and the inspection reports they provide are as thorough as any I've ever seen, including photos and easy to understand descriptions. I will remain a loyal customer as long as I live in Denver. Thanks for the years of service, Steve and team!
