I filled out the online appointment information just before the July 4th holiday, and very quickly received a call back to discuss my options. I was able to take my car in almost immediately which was great. My tail lights were not coming on with my headlights, so I didn't know what to expect or how much something like that would be to diagnose and fix. I was quoted a price over the phone that I felt was reasonable, and which included a full examination of the wiring for my lights. A few hours after I dropped my car off I received a call from the owner. He ran through the issues that they had found regarding my tail lights, and it turned out the problem wasn't as bad as we originally thought. I was only charged for the parts and labor to fix the smaller issue which was significantly less than what I was quoted. Mancinelli's will definitely continue to receive my business. I found them to be extremely trustworthy, which I really value in an auto repair shop. Their customer service is also fantastic, and I never felt like I was getting mislead or pressured into additional repairs. If you need auto repair work, definitely give these guys a call.

A fantastic auto shop. Honest, quick and fair. Brought my car in for a repair, called me when they said they would and said it would be ready the same day. When they ran into a problem and couldn't have it ready, they paid for a rental car for the weekend. Quality work. Slightly more expensive, but well worth it. They have mechanics work the front desk, and really try to take the time to do it right. Don't know if I can ever take my car elsewhere...

Mancnelli's auto repair is by far one of the finest shops in Denver. It's not a big chain auto shop, it's. A small business with personal employees. I can say with all sincerity, there is no nicer mechanic around than Steve the owner. And when your boss is honest, nice, helpful and fair then your employees will be too.Once I was having one of those days where the world seem to be crashing down on me, you know what I mean. And then I start my car and boom, hiss and I see steam coming from under my hood. This day I felt as if I could not take one more bad thing. So I took my car to Mancinelli's and Steve could see the anguish on my face. He personally popped my hood and told me as long as I can go without air conditioning my car is fine. No big expensive repair and no charge for this diagnostic. He was a life saver. He didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need.If you get your car repaired at Mancinelli's expect quality service, expect a clean shop, expect timely service and most of all expext the job done right.Now, you may pay a little more at Mancinelli's but you get what you pay for. You will get a thorough check of your vehicle, you'll get a complete explanation of any probelms, you'll get an honest estimate and you'll get a staff who is genuinely willing to help you. Women, have no fear of being ripped off, Mancinelli's technician's are good, honest folk. They provide a shuttle service for those of you who can't wait around for your repair.So if you're looking for a good mechanic, shop around but save Mancinelli's for last, I'm sure after you visit them you'll just end up dropping your car off there.

I took my wife's car in after it didn't pass the emissions test after moving to Colorado. They had a quote on all the repairs needed within the same day and a run down of the prices for every detail. The car was repaired the next day and they even took it through the emissions testing for me. I will be going back for any other car services - that we hopefully won't need!

These guys are awesome. The only reason why I took my car there is because it's in a very convenient location by my house, but it turns out I made a great choice! The entire staff is amazingly friendly, and they helped me to find the best deal they could. Although Discount Tires could offer a better price on my new tires, that's only because they're a huge wholesale retailer - and it didn't stop Mancinelli's for calling a bunch of places to give me more options. The hours they are open aren't convenient with my work schedule, but they made it so that there was no problem at all! They made everything so easy for me, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a really bad experience down the street at Downing Street Garage, so I took a friends recommendation and went to Mancinelli's instead.They were great! They explained what they found in their inspection in a way that was thorough but didn't even hint at an up-sell. The customer service was really impressive - they called when they were said they would and the person on the phone obviously had very good people skills - very helpful and professional. I also like that your receipt includes a well-written summary of what the mechanic found in the inspection and the work that was done.The place has been in business for 50 years now. I think that's pretty cool and can see why. I really hate throwing money at my car, but it's a lot easier when the people you're throwing it at seem rather competent and are very friendly to boot. A very good experience.

Yes, they may be a little more expensive than other places, but I think they are the best! The staff at Mancinelli's is very friendly, and they always make every effort to let you know what is going on with your car. I've been called at home, work and on my cell just to make sure I had a ride to come pick up my car from an oil change. I completely trust them to tell me when something is wrong, and when there's nothing wrong with my car.
