Brought my Jeep Wrangler in to replace a tail light and fix a disconnected parking brake cable. They did the work competently, on schedule, and for a reasonable price. I would go back. My only concern is that the office staff wanted to sell me extra services for the auxiliary battery and/or the main 12-volt starter battery because of tests they said they'd performed, even though my model doesn't have an auxiliary battery and the 12-volt is just 3 weeks old. It would concern me if the shop were trying to sell unnecessary services, and I hope my confusing experience was just a result of an innocent series of mistakes.

Courtney, Cash, and Steve were all incredibly helpful in getting my Scion fixed. They were able to get my repairs done within a strict time frame because I'm busy with work and school, costs at the end were actually lower than originally quoted. Thanks you guys. I'll bring Juanita back soon!

This a great garage. The front desk people are so helpful and the repair work is excellent. Went in to have a cover reattached underneath my car and for the “peace of mind inspection.” They replaced brake fluid and recommended an alinement w/ next oil change. They noted that my oil was greatly over-filled by the other local garage in neighborhood. No upselling at Mancinelli’s while letting you know what repairs will be needed in near future/next time you come in for an oil change.

I used to go strictly to dealerships for service, because it was always tough finding a mechanic shop that was both reliable and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. That changed once we started going to Mancinelli’s. Our last experience at Hyundai was frustrating—they didn’t even top off the oil properly, and we left running at about 75–80%. Since switching over, every visit to Mancinelli’s has been consistent and high quality. Their turnaround time has been excellent—typically just one day—so it doesn’t interfere with our work schedule, even when unexpected repairs come up.
