Came here for the first time and was impressed. Clean, organized, and the people working there knew what they were doing. Will definitely be back.

I run a non profit where I teach veterans to work on cars. I had a clients car have some computer issues near this shop. Mancinelli's offered to help me diagnose it really quick since I didn't have my scan tool with me and they were the closest shop. The service writer was awesome! And the shop was down to help us. But the client ultimately decided to take it to another shop. So I didn't get the chance to work with Mancinelli's. But based on the customer service, they are great!! A few other shops, and mobile mechanics in the area were not as willing to help. This shows the quality of customer service. I highly recommend them based on that alone. I have 20+ years in industry. Many as a service writer.

Mancinelli’s goes above and beyond for their clients! They keep you in the know at all times, even sending a detailed breakdown of what they find before continuing to work on the vehicle. I have had both cars worked on recently and both times they have been amazing and cooperative when I had to arrive late to pick up the car. Thanks guys!

After a different auto shop gave me a quote that would have rendered my vehicle totaled, I decided to get a second opinion.
