Did what they said they would. Saw some things that added up to 4k of work necessary for a 2012 MDX. Got my oil changed and they dropped me off and picked me up which I sincerely appreciate!

I've brought my truck to Mancinelli's Auto Repair for years, and the fact that I keep coming back is a strong positive review of them and the service. They always find and fix whatever issue I'm having. As my truck has aged it's had more issues, so I've gotten to know the service better than I'd like to have; but whatever the problem, they diagnose, send a detailed report of what's needed, and go over it and go through the repair(s) line by line on the phone with the cost for each before they move forward with anything beyond the initial quote for the expected service such as an oil change etc. They are not the cheapest option for some services, but they are the best value for mechanics I trust.

Honestly some of the best service I have received in a long time. I normally go to the dealership for my vehicle maintenance but I opted to go to Mancinelli’s this time. They did a thorough check of my vehicle with photos and a clear explanation. They even offered a fix that the dealership had never even mentioned. I decided to go with it. They had some additional services which I declined and wasn’t hassled into getting. I appreciated that. Overall 10/10 experience and would go back.
