They do great work and their peace of mind inspection is a good deal for those of us with high-mileage older vehicles. I’d give them 5 stars if they offered shuttle service in a wider area and/or stayed open a bit later. Was a challenge to find non-working friends to transport me when I dropped off and picked up my car. Scheduling was also tough - I was without my car for 5 days because I left it on a Friday and they don’t work weekends. But I have confidence in the quality of their work.

I have never wrote a bad review in my life but this was my last straw with this shop, they are dishonest about multiple repairs in terms of pricing and severity. To start I was told that the breaks and rotors were covered under a warranty for 1 year no matter what the mileage is, I mentioned multiple times that the mileage is a key factor because I commute very far for work and they assured me it does not make a difference. Because of this I payed the $100 inspection fee only for them to completely flip and say I must pay full price for breaks and rotors. On top of that to test the honesty of the mechanics I replaced my cabin air filter but did not wipe out the interior to keep the musty smell of the AC, they said I need to replace the cabin filter despite it being brand new, what a joke.

Well Nolan, had you been forthright about the miles you drove, you would have been told over the phone there was no warranty on the brakes. We have never offered an unlimited mileage warranty on any repair over the last 77 years, but you have lied about what you were told. The mustiness in your HVAC system would require replacing the filter again due to it being impregnated with the contaminants. We're sorry how you feel, but understand your decision.

Did what they said they would. Saw some things that added up to 4k of work necessary for a 2012 MDX. Got my oil changed and they dropped me off and picked me up which I sincerely appreciate!

I've brought my truck to Mancinelli's Auto Repair for years, and the fact that I keep coming back is a strong positive review of them and the service. They always find and fix whatever issue I'm having. As my truck has aged it's had more issues, so I've gotten to know the service better than I'd like to have; but whatever the problem, they diagnose, send a detailed report of what's needed, and go over it and go through the repair(s) line by line on the phone with the cost for each before they move forward with anything beyond the initial quote for the expected service such as an oil change etc. They are not the cheapest option for some services, but they are the best value for mechanics I trust.
