Honestly some of the best service I have received in a long time. I normally go to the dealership for my vehicle maintenance but I opted to go to Mancinelli’s this time. They did a thorough check of my vehicle with photos and a clear explanation. They even offered a fix that the dealership had never even mentioned. I decided to go with it. They had some additional services which I declined and wasn’t hassled into getting. I appreciated that. Overall 10/10 experience and would go back.

All the staff I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable. I did not know that an overall evaluation of my car was going to be done. I asked for an oil change only. I was also surprised at the price.
