This was my first time to visit Mancinellis. My first impression was "wow! This is a neat and clean parking lot!" And that impression continued as I walked into the office-neat and clean and 2 people ready to check me in. Scheduling online was a breeze and they were very accommodating when I wanted to change my appointment. The car was ready on time and their free inspection gave me confidence that I had purchased a good car. Thank you Mancinellis!

I have had several friends recommend Mancinelli’s Auto Repair for my Audi QS5 and now I know why. It was easy and convenient to set up an appointment. I dropped my car off the night before using their convenient drop box. I got a text the next morning at 7:30 am saying they had started my car. All day I received updated text messages letting me know where they were in the service process. They sent pictures of items they felt needed to be replaced and asked for approval before going forward. My car was finished 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time. I have owned many European cars over the years and spent more money than I should have to have a dealer service them. No more! The exceptional care I received from the front desk person to the mechanics will keep me coming back to Mancinell’s Auto Repair for all my cars care! 10++

My daughter is working at KUSA and someone there recommended Mancinellis. I made the appt online and they made sure that I was reminded of it. Jenn even inquired about the kind of noise the car was making (which I had indicated) and that showed the level of professionalism as to how well they prepare for a service. I also saw that the 2 wheels were not aligning when turned - they saw that it was okay and no unnecessary repairs. Steve was very kind to give me a courtesy ride back (with all the snow on the ground). I am so appreciative that they will take care of my daughter's Subaru - I told her to do a nice story on them when they do a spotlight on a small biz :) Thank you to the staff of Mancinellis and Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Process was seamless. All updates through texts and then great discussion with technician on detailed estimate of work. Work completed in 1 day. Highly recommend. All staff were very helpful.
