I forgot to put in a review last year in July, but we took my boyfriends car here to get checked before our road trip. Everything seemed okay until when we were on our trip our car wasn't running well. One of the first things we checked was the air filter, which Mancinellis had checked and taken out during the our visit them, and it was somehow put in our car upside-down and backwards. I'm not good with cars but even I know how to replace/install an air filter. So either they didn't know how to put it in or did it on purpose so we would have to come back in and either option isn't good. Will not be back. Edit: It wasn't under my name I said it was under my boyfriends. And why would I want to come back to a place that can't do anything right?

Miranda, our records indicate we only saw you 1 time, and that was 3 years ago. If your allegation were true, I would think any reasonable adult would have brought that to our attention immediately, not a year after the alleged visit. It's good to know you won't be back as it is difficult dealing with irresponsible individuals.

I can't say enough good things about Mancinelli's. Every time I bring my car in, they take such great care of it. The team is incredibly efficient, getting the job done quickly without compromising on quality. They're also very thoughtful, taking the time to explain what's needed and making sure I'm comfortable with the plan before they start any work.
