The staff was incredibly friendly and patient even when I showed up a bit after closing! The explanation of the inspection for my car was so clear and they didn’t try to get me to spend any money I didn’t need to. In fact I paid less than my original estimate!

I was very impressed by my experience. Great communication and they were able to add more items after the initial inspection while still turning the car around by the end of the day.

I am happy to write a review for Mancinelli’s. From making the appointment with Jenn, through my conversation with Steve who answered all my questions on the diagnostic report patiently, respectfully, and clearly and helped me structure what needed to be done immediately and why and what could wait, plus being able to pick up the car sooner than I expected that day, this place is the best. Really.

Vehicle had to be towed in and while they had no openings for a week, the got the problem diagnosed and fixed in two days. I really trust these folks!
