We invite you to please meet our team at Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center:
Steve Mancinelli, AAM / Owner
Owner | AMI Accredited Automotive Manager | ASE Certified Master Technician (Advanced Level Specialist, L1, and Service Consultant)
Steve has over 48 years of experience in the automotive field here in Downtown Denver. After graduating from Creighton University in 1983, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, he chose to continue the family business. Among the above certifications he holds, he is also a registered Colorado Emissions Technician, he has earned his Accredited Master Automotive Manager (AMAM) degree through the Automotive Management Institute and served on the Automotive Service Association (ASA) board of directors for 6 years. Steve finds the field of vehicle service and auto repair to be the most challenging ever. Because of this, he ensures his employees are updated regularly through training and have access to the latest high tech tools and equipment in order to solve the toughest car problems. Ongoing training in communication skills is equally important to Steve, in order to maintain that “Old Fashioned Service” his customers have grown accustomed to since his grandfather opened the business back in 1950. With roots that deep, Steve and his staff of service advisors and auto mechanics are continually involved with community events and causes.
Andrew Finucane
ASE Certified Master Technician (L1 Advanced Level Specialist and L3 Light-duty Hybrid/Electric Specialist)
Andrew has lived in California, Louisiana, Florida and Japan, however, the one consistent thing was his love of cars. In high school, he began working on cars and excelled in Auto Shop. He has received a lot of valuable experience and training in his 22 years working in the auto repair business by spending time at a fleet company, mass merchandiser and independent repair facilities. As an auto mechanic, Andrew is committed to ongoing automaker training and industry-recognized certifications. He currently is a European vehicle specialist at Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center. To keep pace with evolving vehicle technology and associated service procedures, Andrew continually updates his L1 and Advanced Level Specialist certifications along with ASE Certified Master Technician status and recently attained his L3 Light-duty Hybrid/Electric Specialist designation. One of Andrews’ strengths is his deep commitment to each customer’s vehicle. His #1 priority is to ensure that his repairs make each car safe and also help prolong the reliability of the vehicle. He is keenly aware of the investment each customer has in their automobile, truck or SUV and treats those vehicles as if they were his own. Andrew’s integrity and commitment to the motorists who live or work in Downtown Denver, Parker or nearby communities make him a great part of the team.
Russ Hutton
Shop Foreman-ASE Certified Master Technician (L1 Advanced Level Specialist and L3 Light-duty Hybrid/Electric Specialist)
Russ joined the Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center team when he moved from Arizona in 2005 to Downtown Denver. He has collected countless credentials over the 36 years he has worked in the automotive field, including management. He even owned his own repair shop for 8 years, so he understands how difficult it is to be a small business owner. Education is important to Russ. He maintains his L1 Advanced Level Specialist certification and L3 Light-duty Hybrid/Electric Specialist, along with his ASE Certified Master Technician designation. He also attends automaker-specific training annually to improve and align his service and auto repair competencies with emerging advanced technologies. Russ has also spent time giving back to the auto repair industry by instructing automotive coursework at Arapahoe Community College after working a full day at Mancinelli’s. He was known to be a good communicator, and excelled at showing a logical thought process and approach to automotive repair. Russ sums up his commitment to the customer by giving them the best possible service he can. Specifically being friendly, courteous and repairing their vehicle correctly the first time.
Alexandra Giovanni
Assistant Manager/Service Advisor
Alexandra (Alex) is the assistant manager and service advisor at Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center, located in Downtown Denver. Technical training is a given at many auto repair shops, but service advisor training is also very important because it’s service specialists who interact directly and frequently with customers. Alex committed to this lengthy training program, because her contact with customers before, during, and after service are opportunities to enrich their customer experiences. She completed the training achieving the highest award of “Professional Communicator”. Alex grew up in a family of car enthusiasts and has had an interest in the business for a long time. She studied psychology and graduated Colorado State University with a B.S. in psychology and worked in a day program for adults with intellectual disabilities. However, she still had a soft spot for the automotive business and when the opportunity to join the Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center team came up, she went after it and loves serving customers and supporting the team’s auto mechanics as assistant manager and service advisor. She enjoys drawing, painting, doing a lot of outdoor activities. She has an ardent desire to “give back” to the community and is committed to giving Mancinelli’s customers the perfect customer service experience by showing them respect and providing them with the honest information the company has built its reputation on.
Brandon Gilbert
ASE Certified Master Technician
Brandon joined the team in early 2020 with an ardent desire to learn and perform meaningful work with his mind and hands. Things could not have worked out better for all parties involved. Brandon has worked in sports journalism, fleet management, and international education and translation. Having grown up as a mechanic at his father?s shop, he could not resist the fulfillment he got from repairing automobiles and learning about the most modern advances in automotive technology. He is a resolute and focused worker who is committed to providing quality auto repair, and helping people keep their automobiles on the road for as long as possible. He loves vintage automobiles, motorcycles, and restorations. His favorite project is a 1967 Ford F-100 that he restored and keeps a picture of on his toolbox. Brandon currently holds ASE master certification and is working toward earning his L1 advanced level certification status, and L3 certification in hybrid/electric technology. He chose a career in automotive repair because of the unique blend of mental and physical challenges it presents each time a vehicle comes in with a different problem to solve. Brandon loves to play hockey, camp, and watch Formula 1 racing on Sunday mornings. He is proficient in three languages and is always planning out getting the next stamp on his passport. Having lived in Europe for 3 years, he is happy to be back home in Denver and his next goal is finding a house with a yard for his dog Josie to play in.
Jennifer Wise
Assistant Service Advisor
Jenn joined the Mancinelli?s team in the fall of 2022. She comes from an extensive background in restaurant management, sales, and customer service. Having been successful in this area, she decided on a change to a completely new field where she could apply all her existing skills and learn new ones. She has an affinity for automobiles, so she decided to try the automotive industry. Through the on-boarding process, she learned quickly how to help manage scheduling, parts returns, and preparing repair orders ahead of time to create a quick and smooth flow for internal paperwork. She then took an intensive service advisor training program and has been rounding out her position as an advisor assistant. Estimating and consulting customers has been a great learning experience, and it has melded well with her commitment to the customer being honest with them and treating them as if it were her own family. She is fiercely loyal and gives 100% effort to help her customers and co-workers. Her special interests involve golfing with her father, attending any sports, performing in, and attending the theater, and doing anything (especially shopping) with her niece. She strives to make people happy and is a welcome addition to the team.
The Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center team wants to provide you with the finest auto repair customer experience. We welcome and actively seek customer feedback, whether face-to-face, via telephone, or in online reviews, such as this:
“Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center is by far one of the finest shops in Denver. It's not a big chain auto shop, it's. A small business with personal employees. I can say with all sincerity, there is no nicer mechanic around than Steve the owner. And when your boss is honest, nice, helpful and fair then your employees will be too. Once I was having one of those days where the world seems to be crashing down on me, you know what I mean. And then I start my car and boom, hiss and I see steam coming from under my hood. This day I felt as if I could not take one more bad thing. So I took my car to Mancinelli's and owner Steve could see the anguish on my face. He personally popped my hood and told me as long as I can go without air conditioning my car is fine. No big expensive repair and no charge for this diagnostic. He was a lifesaver. He didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. If you get your car repaired at Mancinelli's, expect quality service, expect a clean shop, expect timely service and most of all, expect the job done right.” -- Monte T.
