Steve Mancinelli, AAM / Owner

ASE Certified Master Technician, Advanced Level Specialist; L1 & Service Consultant

Steve has over 43 years of experience in the automotive field. After graduating from Creighton University in 1983, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, he chose to continue the family business.

Among the above certifications he holds, he is also a registered Colorado Emissions Technician, he has earned his Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) degree through the Automotive Management Institute and served on the Automotive Service Association (ASA) board of directors for 6 years.

Steve finds today’s automotive field the most challenging ever. Because of this, he ensures his employees are updated regularly through training and have access to the latest high tech tools and equipment in order to solve the toughest car problems.

Ongoing training in communication skills is equally important to Steve, in order to maintain that “Old Fashioned Service” his customers have grown accustomed to since his grandfather opened the business back in 1950

Andrew Finucane

Andrew has lived in California, Louisiana, Florida and Japan, however, the one consistent thing was his love of cars. In high school, he began working on cars and excelled in Auto Shop. He has received a lot of valuable experience and training in his 18 years working in the auto repair business by spending time at a fleet company, mass merchandiser and independent repair facilities.

One of Andrews’ strengths is his deep commitment to each customer’s vehicle. His #1 priority is to ensure that his repairs make each car safe and also help prolong the reliability of the vehicle. He is keenly aware of the investment each customer has in their automobile, truck or SUV and treats those vehicles as if they were his own. Andrew’s integrity and commitment make him a great part of the Mancinelli Team.

Russ Hutton

ASE Certified Master Technician & Advanced Level Specialist; L1

Russ joined the Mancinelli’s team when he moved from Arizona 11 years ago. He has collected countless credentials over the 32 years he has worked in the automotive field, including management. He even owned his own repair shop for 8 years, so he understands how difficult it is to be a small business owner.

Russ spent time giving back to the repair industry by instructing automotive coursework at Arapahoe Community College after working a full day at Mancinelli’s. He was known to be a good communicator, and excelled at showing a logical thought process and approach to automotive repair.

Russ sums up his commitment to the customer by giving them the best possible service he can. Specifically being friendly, courteous and repairing their vehicle correctly the first time.

Mike Martinez

4 Year Degree in Automotive Management

Mike is the latest addition to the Mancinelli’s Team. He joined the company in January of 2015 after earning a 4 year degree in Automotive Management from Walla Walla University in Washington. Mike chose this career path due to his love of cars going back to his high school days at Mile High Academy here in Denver. He enjoys a variety of activities and enjoys anything dealing with sports or the outdoors. He plays in 2 different soccer leagues in his spare time, but also finds plenty of time to spend with his family and significant other.

Mike is committed to providing the best automotive repair experience to all of his customer’s, and wants it to be better than any experience they have had elsewhere. He values honesty and integrity in all that he does, and is a welcome addition as a service advisor to the Mancinelli automotive family.

William Smith

ASE Master Certified Technician (Apprentice)

William Smith is a recent ASE master certified technician that is part of the Mancinelli’s team. He received his education from Front Range Community College, and graduated with his associates degree in automotive technology. He has spent time at the dealership level, but prefers the independent shop environment due to the variety of automobiles that are seen by independents.

He enjoys anything that has to do with all aspects of the automotive business, especially racing. The performance part of automotive is what got him interested in learning more and becoming a technician. His commitment to the customer is to perform complete diagnosis and repair of any problem presented and correct it properly the first time.

Armando “Mondo” Villanueva

Mondo has been in the automotive industry for 19 years, spending most of that time on the independent side of the industry. He enjoys the satisfaction of helping people get their car problems solved. He likes being the “go to” person for problem-solving. He and his wife have been married for 20 years, and he has 2 lovely daughters that keep him on his toes outside of work. He enjoys custom cars, hot rods, lowriders, and especially enjoys family time and time spent with good company. Mondo is committed to making a customer’s bad day better by helping them with any problem they may have automotive related or otherwise.

Alexandra Giovanni

Alex grew up in a family of car enthusiasts and has had an interest in the business for a long time. She studied psychology and graduated Colorado State University with a B.S. in psychology and worked in a day program for adults with intellectual disabilities. However, she still had a soft spot for the automotive business and when the opportunity to joint Mancinelli’s came up, she went after it and is working as a service specialist and marketing coordinator. She is also training to grow into the position of service advisor. She enjoys drawing, painting, doing a lot of outdoor activities. She has an ardent desire to “give back” to the community and is committed to giving Mancinelli’s customers the perfect customer service experience by showing them respect and providing them with the honest information the company has built its reputation on.
