Very Professional and fast service! Even though they were shutting down for a major holiday- they were able to still fit us in and repair our vehicle within a day. Plus we had a detailed report of what they did and kept us informed as they were doing it. What we thought was going to cost several thousands of dollars ended up being just over $500 and the remaining $1,700 was able to be scheduled in 6-months so we could save up. The Ford motor company we called before said it would be over $5,000 and must be paid right away and wouldn't be ready for several days after it was towed there.

Gave us straight forward answers and gave us solutions and options. Professional, knew what was needed and treated us like they appreciated our business. Quotes are reasonable. We will be going back for all our Hybrid work.

Knowledgeable staff / mechanics. Not pushy to do service(s) but will give you the whole story. I like how they take pictures of things they find for people that are less knowledgeable about cars. My dirty vent picture made it extremely clear that it needs replacing. Would recommend to friends and family.
