I took my vehicle in to Mancinelli's yesterday as it had been exhibiting signs of stalling after starting. This was my second time in after they had repaired a fuel system issue caused by something chewing through wiring a couple years ago. They had apparently been unable to replicate the issue and also did not recover any codes. While they had initially quoted me for a diagnostic (including checking the aforementioned repair), they did not charge me this time as the results were inconclusive. This was after they gave me a ride to work in the snow. Both times was the intake and pickup process easy. Moreover, I feel they were thorough and honest in their explanations and diagnosis. While I hope I don't have to visit them often, I will continue to do so because of their service level.

it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, if you go ANYWHERE else! Mancinelli's is by far the most fair and most honest of any mechanic I've ever needed. They go above and beyond to fix your car, correctly! Even though I don't live in the neighborhood any longer, I still bring my car there for all it's needs. They even give you a ride home!

Great, trustworthy local auto repair shop. Seems to be a little pricier than others but you can't beat the ease, piece of mind, and friendliness. Very knowledgeable about our Subaru's especially.

Mancinelli's takes care of all the maintenance and repair needs for my car and does a great job. They are very good at explaining issues in terms that I understand. Plus they are great at telling me things that need to be taken care of and whether it's an issue that can wait till the next visit or needs to be addressed immediately.

Recently started working in Cherry Creek and drive by Mancinelli’s every day and decided to give them a call to work on my vehicle. I made an appointment, dropped my vehicle off they gave me a quick ride to work, they had it diagnosed by the end of the day. I took it in the very next day in which they thought they would have the car for two days, they also gave me another ride to work and completed the work in the very same day and gave me a ride back to their shop to pick up my car. Very clean facility inside and out. Turns out I went back a couple days later for a small issue possibly related to the work, turns out there was a fuse blown and they quickly replaced it. Great customer service! Very hard to find these days. I live 20 miles away, but will continue to use them in the future.
