I took my '05 Escape in due to a oil leak. They could have told me anything in the world was in need of repair & I may have believed them. But they are too honest to do that. A service garage doesn't stay in business for over 50 years in one location taking advantage of its customers. And if something needs repair they do it right the first time.

Mancinelli's is the best, hands down. extensive experience, complete honesty and they are so appreciative to get your business that they work hard to keep it. They have been around forever and there is a reason!

Don't waste your time taking your car to another shop, these guy are super honest and go beyond to inform you about repairs or potential future repairs on your car. I have tried out many shops around Denver and wish I found these guys years earlier. Steve and his crew are knowledgable and their free shuttle service is clutch. Seriously, don't waste your time taking you car some place else.

May be a little more expensive than some places but I get the feeling there are honest people and I know they stand behind their work, which to me is worth a little extra. Plus just like Enterprise Rental car they will pick you up. Nice folks

Great customer service - and honesty - what a bonus!!!Seriously - I took my '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee because the infamous check engine light came on. Embarrassed to say one of the two reasons was the gas cap wasn't on tight. Duh. The could've told me anything...but they didn't. Called me on the phone, explained the challenges and took care of it.And they did recommend additional services - but laid out what needed to be done when... actually gave me an order to do things as to budget for the repairs. Never pushed to do anything right then and there. And the prices I paid were fair. Maybe a smidge more than someplace else, but golly, it was just worth it.And silly as this sounds...this was the first time I've ever been there. When I walked in to pick up the car, Jessica greeted me by name...as if I'd been a customer forever. I guess if you value good service, and honesty this repair shop is for you.

Had a flat, brought it in at 9, picked it up at 11. Super fair price. They also did a lot of the little things some car shops don't do, such as put the spare tire and tools away properly in the truck, aired up and checked the other tires, cleaned the windows. Highly recommended.

Today my car died at the intersection in front of Mancinelli's Auto Repair. I ran into the shop and was greeted by friendly people willing to help. Russ, a mechanic, was ready immediately to jump my car and send me on my way. My experience led me to believe that the people who work here care more about their customers (and non-customers) than making an extra buck. Without these guys, I'd be stranded or paying for a tow! Thanks, guys!

These guys are awesome and honest!-a rarity for a female who knows nothing about cars ;) they did a big job involving some hoses or something haha! They were super quick, took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what needed to be done on my old jeep that was smoking! (yikes!) I will definitely be coming back for all of my jeep needs!

I tried Mancinelli's for the first time today. I had a great experience. I didn't feel ripped off or mis-lead and they didn't even try to sell me a bunch of crap. It was a very low pressure environment. Jessica took the time to explain everything that was going on and I felt like I could trust their recommendations. The price was fair and they were 100% clear about the costs before any work was done. Will absolutely go back and recommend to others.

My car had been to 3 different shops before this place and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. I took my car to Mancinelli's and they had it diagnosed, repaired, and running within 2 days. Jessica is great she lets you know every step of the way what is going on with your car. They are very professional, honest, and have excellent customer service.
