From my perspective as a consumer, Mancninelli’ is a well run, full service, auto repair center. Customer communication was first rate—Steve called me twice to report progress on the diagnostics of major steering system damage, arising from a guardrail collision, and offered me new or used parts options with cost breakdowns. In addition, the service tech noted a number of deferred maintenance items, which we choose to address at the same time as the major repairs. Work was completed by the projected date and the car is driving better than before the accident. We will now use Mancninelli’s for our routine maintenance—including oil changes, even if a bit more expensive than a chain or franchise.

If the people who work at Mancinelli Auto Repair ever have a bad day - they don't show it to the customers! Thank you for making my day great by servicing my car as if it were the most expensive vehicle on the lot.

Mancilelli's attempted to upgrade the battery pack in my Nissan Leaf. Alas, the first pack they tried was a dud, and they could not find a suitable replacement pack afterward. So they put my old pack back in and fully refunded my money, and apologized for the inconvenience. I found Steve and the rest of the staff to be very honest and forthright. Great people to work with. I really, really wish they had been able to fix my Leaf, but I am glad to have discovered an indi shop with such honest folks!
