I had a fuel leak on my Jeep and Steve, Jenn, & Alex were great to work with throughout the entire process. Their communication is top notch. I appreciated the full inspection report with photos. And near term and long term recommendations. Like going to the doctor, I hope I don't need to go back too soon, but I feel comfortable with my car in their care. And will continue going to Mancinelli's for my car maintenance and repair.

The staff was incredibly friendly and patient even when I showed up a bit after closing! The explanation of the inspection for my car was so clear and they didn’t try to get me to spend any money I didn’t need to. In fact I paid less than my original estimate!
