Mancinelli always takes very good care of me and gives me as much information as possible!

Staff is very accommodating and professional. Was updated and given realistic expectations. My vehicle was overheating and they repaired it in a timely manner. There were no hidden charges and the price seemed very fair.

Mancinelli’s has kept my 1999 Ford Ranger on the road and running like new since 2018. They have saved me from having to buy a new vehicle. I have been offered a price for my Ranger that would more than cover the total cost of work that Mancinelli’s and Steve have put into my truck. I expect it to keep running like a top for at least another 100,000 miles. I can’t recommend these guys enough. You get what you pay for, and they stand behind their work. They’re the best!

Highly recommend! Worth the investment! I went to five different body shops and were told all kinds of things about my car and why the engine lights would pop on and off randomly. I tried the dealership, and other franchises putting THOUSANDS of dollars down the drain all to learn that the problem would not be resolved. I heard about Mancinelli’s they were able to get me in fix my car and kept me updated every step of the way! Everyone was so helpful showing photos of the problems and the solutions. They walked me through each step of the process and explained it in details. I do not know much about cars and they took the time to teach me and even reviewed the work I had done at other shops to see if the work was completed already (on paper). This company has earned a lifetime client and not only with my car but I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

I went to Mancninelli's Auto for a second opinion. The dealership told me I needed brakes, but I wanted a second opinion. I typed in Google find top auto repair shops that work on Jeep's. Mancninelli's was the first shop that appeared. So, I reached out to make an appointment. A full inspection was done. Come to find out I did not need a full set of brakes. The contact points just needed lubricated. I appreciate the thoroughness, honesty and integrity of this repair shop. Just a side note. It's because of the photos provided I was able to get a full refund from the Jeep dealership for the cabin filter that they claimed to have replaced when I went for service on May 31, 2023. So, thank you! I will definitely be back in the future for work needed on my jeep. I have also referred a friend.

I had a blow out destroy a large portion of my coolant system. When Mancinelli's did their (very thorough) assessment, they provided a PDF online that had photographs and clear explanations of everything, sorted in terms of severity/urgency. Steve Mancinelli himself called to go over all options and repairs were completed on time and exactly as agreed upon. After four years in Denver, I've finally found my mechanic. A fantastic experience all around.
