Clear communication, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and very thorough work. I had taken my car to the BMW dealership and they said nothing was wrong with my AC. I then took my car to Mancinelli's Auto Repair and they found out exactly what was wrong with my AC and fixed it along with a couple other things that needed tending to without pressuring me at all. They will be my go-to mechanic from now on.

In my 60 years of driving I have never had the service I receive at Mancinelli's. They are honest and forthright and show you what needs repairing, the cost, what can be watched for a bit. Pictures of broken/defective parts show what needs to be repaired. They leave no stone unturned. My '07 CR-V's have 330,000 and 130,000 miles on them and run like new. I'll never take my cars anywhere else.

Staff is very accommodating and professional. Was updated and given realistic expectations. My vehicle was overheating and they repaired it in a timely manner. There were no hidden charges and the price seemed very fair.

Mancinelli’s has kept my 1999 Ford Ranger on the road and running like new since 2018. They have saved me from having to buy a new vehicle. I have been offered a price for my Ranger that would more than cover the total cost of work that Mancinelli’s and Steve have put into my truck. I expect it to keep running like a top for at least another 100,000 miles. I can’t recommend these guys enough. You get what you pay for, and they stand behind their work. They’re the best!
