Our company was looking for a new shop to handle our delivery vehicles. We were extremely impressed with Mancinelli's from the moment we entered. The reception area is clean and well-ordered, and Jen and Alex work hard at keeping it that way. We took one van in for an inspection, and received a very detailed "Peace of Mind" inspection. We had a good amount of work done and are very happy with the results, the cost, and the speed of the work. We're so happy we've found our new shop!

Wait time to have technician diagnose the Volt “Service High Voltage “ error message was unreasonably long ( more than a week). When finally seen, service was fast, friendly, and comprehensive. Issue was simply low battery coolant . Resolution per GM specs required “reprogramming two onboard computers” for $380, which for such a simple fix looks like a GM scam to me. Altogether pleased, though, with the local shop’s services, once they could take the car.
