Mancinelli’s was a recommendation from a friend and I’m grateful for it. My car was broken into and the ignition ripped out. Steve was honest, informative and cared about getting me back on the road. I’m happy with the work they did and will be going back.

They call me to remind me of appointments. When I drop off my car they offer to drive me to wherever I need to go. The owner and his employees are friendly and very helpful.

I've been taking all my vehicles ('76 Camaro (that I had for 28 years, thanks to Steve's care) to Ranger to Minivan #1 to Minivan #2 and now Forester) to Steve since 1984 (or maybe it was 1985; too long ago to remember for sure). I will never take any vehicle I own to anyone else. I learned from my car-obsessed Dad how important it is to take care of my vehicles and if I couldn't take care of them myself, it was vital to find someone I could trust explicitly to do it. That's been Steve and his wonderful staff over all these years!

I need to do a yearly maintenance on my vehicle. Mancinelli‘s was easy to access they were very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed without over selling me. I appreciate them telling me the details of my vehicle report in person and given to me a through a text. I look forward to using them in the future.

Mancinelli's replaced a starter for my Jeep Cherokee Laredo. I had to have it towed and just dropped it off and asked them if I could get it back before the weekend since I needed it then. They had it fixed by Thursday even though they were extremely backed up with appointments. Mancinelli's has always done quality work for me and given me excellent service!

Can’t say how great of an experience it is here. Truly. They sit down with you after drop-off to review all of the requested services and potential charges (they even priced out if parts needed to be replaced!). They even offered to give me a ride somewhere!! After they looked at everything, I was sent a PDF of their diagnosis and the overall preventative car check. Not only were they thorough, they were available to answer my questions via text and recommended another shop for some repairs they don’t specialize in. I felt safe and respected here, which you don’t get at every shop. I’ll be back to them for more preventative work to keep my 2008 Mazda in tip-top shape. These guys are the literal best.
