Thanks to Steve and team for answering my questions in detail, repairing my auto and providing great service, as always.

Great service, quoted the highest possible price for diagnostics but ended up being cheaper. Provided an extremely detailed diagnostic report and when I called to discuss they were very upfront with me about the state of my car and possible repairs. Definitely did not try to milk me for money, just gave me all the information I needed.

I have known the Mancinellis’s family in the auto repair center for approximately 37 years. I ask them to do evaluations & work on my car, Van, or any vehicle I hope to purchase. Steve and crew are extremely reliable and honest regarding any work they recommend. I have never, over 37 yrs. been disappointed in their work. Always so professional and friendly! The entire staff at Mancinelli's has always been a pleasure with which to do business. They are meticulous and very open with letting me know what issues they find that need to be fixed. I have never felt like they were trying to up sell me and their documentation is thorough. While they might be on the higher side of pricing compared to other mechanics I've used before, I feel confident that they have my best interest in mind and their communication and attention to detail makes me remain a loyal customer. Extremely accommodating, they repaired the passenger rear view mirror and the work is great 👍. I like that they are family owned and take pride in their service.
