Mancinelli's has been pretty great. This last visit especially, they were just so good about communicating with me. Steve talked me through what Mancinelli's could do to replace a certain section of the exhaust vs. going to an exhaust place and having a smaller, more specific part installed. I really appreciated that level of not only honesty but also willingness to explain. It's really nice to find a place you want to come back to.

The best experience I have ever had with automotive repair. The Mancinelli’s team was incredibly professional and thorough, providing customer service that left me with very high regard. I’m extremely pleased with my motor replacement, I feel as if I’m driving a whole new vehicle. The estimate was very fair and the repairs were delivered earlier then expected, with communication every step of the way. I was never in the dark on anything, and as someone who knows little about cars, this was very important to me. A neighborhood garage you can trust, I’m so happy I took my vehicle into Mancinelli’s.
