The crew here was courteous, communicated promptly, and did great work on my car. They were very thorough in the vehicle inspection and showed me detailed photos and records of potential repair options. Very satisfied.

I've been going to Mancinellis for almost 20 years (4 vehicles) and they always provide great service for my vehicle. They are full service and always let me know up front what the cost will be. They service older models to the new hybrid and electric cars. A good family owned business that I fully recommend!

I am pretty critical of mechanic shops, since I've been told I needed hundreds of dollars of work before that turned out to be completely unnecessary. I think most shops cheat you out of your money, lie about what you need, and overcharge you for mediocre service. This is not the case with Mancinelli's. I was very impressed with the transparency and patience they showed in explaining how things work, and watched them discussing with the older woman in front of me in line why she didn't need extra work done on her car, taking the time to go over how everything worked until she understood. Later they even gave me a ride to pick up my car after the worl was done! These people are kind and helpful, and I will definitely be coming back.

Much to my dismay, I returned home from a road trip with a bird stuck in my front exhaust vent. I was able to dislodge the body but the head got stuck inside the vent. I took my car to Mancinellis to see if they could take off the front grate to remove the head and the mechanic informed me that the grate was connected to the front bumper - making it hard to remove (and probably expensive). So he simply pulled it out for me with pliers (for free)!! He was so sweet and assured me this wasn’t the worst he’s seen. I can’t speak to their car repairs but I can speak to their customer service! Thank you again kind sir!

Great old trusted neighborhood garage with truly expert and responsible staff. Not cheap, but they stand by their work and sometimes go well beyond the call of duty to help out. They were for many years at Downing & Alameda, and then moved to their current location. Their van is constantly seen carrying their customers back and forth to leave off and pick up their cars. They are the garage used by long-time residents of the area. If you are new in the neighborhood, you should go there.
