Great customer service and communication! They did a full inspection and clearly let me know all their recommendations prior to performing the service. Texting communication option was very convenient and call-backs were fairly prompt for their busy season. They provided a shuttle service or alternate transportation after dropping off my vehicle and when it was time for pick-up. I appreciated the detailed report that was attached to the receipt for all the wear and tear findings and possible future recommendations. Thank you for the peace of mind and for taking such great care of my vehicle (Hermies). Only minor issue I had was the tire light came on while I was driving home after getting my tire rotation service. I checked all the tire pressures and they were all good, so I reset the tire light and it hasn't come back on since. I haven't had any other issues, so it may have just been a glitch in the system or how they cleared the faults in the system after completing the service.
