We have been a return customer at Mancinelli’s for over a year. Last fall, our 2012 SUV encountered some serious engine problems which required substantial repair work. Mancinelli’s provided a thorough, line-item estimate with detailed explanations and photographs supporting their conclusions. It wasn’t the cheapest bid, but Mancinelli’s team won the bid because they were transparent, respectful, and communicative. The charges ended up being reasonable for the work and worth the price difference to retain a knowledgeable, trustworthy team. Like clockwork last week I received a friendly text reminding me to schedule routine service. They fit me in within a week. During the inspection, the mechanic identified a true safety issue. Again, Mancinelli’s team texted me with a link to an inspection report which clearly summarized the necessary work and included photograph documentation to convey the necessity. They efficiently answered all of my questions, completed the extra work, and returned the car by close of business. The Mancinelli’s team is comprised of commensurate professionals who perform high quality service at a reasonable cost with exemplary service.
