What a great experience, and I'm pretty sure this place is family owned and operated. I thought my ball joints were going out, so we did an inspection. The inspection came back that I had a loose nut, because it was reused, but otherwise my car was in perfect condition. These guys tightened everything up during the inspection. They also highlighted a few services that were due, but I had done on my own. Very thorough, very professional. I feel like I ripped them off, not the other way around. Highly recommend. I owe them some money, they could have easily done the ball joints, but they wanted me to come back and spend the money on a service I'd benefit from later.

Had a great experience with the team at Mancinelli's. Brought my Subaru in for some standard maintenance (oil change, balance tires, etc.) as well as a slow-start that I had noticed. They were able to service my car quickly and professionally, with top-notch customer service. I spent some time on the phone with Steve as he walked me through what work had been done, and the additional work that should be done to fix the slow start. The car feels much better now, and all the issues I had noticed prior have improved!

Great job!

Had to have my car towed in on Tuesday morning had it back Wednesday at 5pm. Turned out battery was bad not turning over sufficiently. What I liked is that they went over the entire car and found a serpentine belt that was ready to go and a starter that is giving up. Preventive maintenance is the way to go because I don't want to get stuck again. Trust these guys and will use them in the future if needed.

I had such a good experience bringing my car here today! They were super accommodating and friendly and had very fair prices. I would definitely use them again.
