I will never take my car to another shop. The communication from them was appreciated. I dropped my car off the night before and heard from them regarding the recommendations early in the morning. I love how they inspect everything and give recommendations on what can and can’t wait. Once the repairs were done they gave me a print out of the inspection along with pictures of what they replaced. I highly recommend this business

Mancinelli’s did a thorough check of the used Nissan Rogue we had purchased from a dealer. They only found a few small things, which gave me confidence that the car has been taken care of, which is always a concern with used cars. And they also provided some useful information about care of the transmission on the Rogue.

Alex and Ben were very helpful! Alex is always great at answering my questions and following up on the status and timing of repairs. Ben took time to discuss several tire options and looked up specific types I'd read about and gave really helpful advice on which would be the best for my vehicles and goals of better off-road traction. I really appreciated the time he took discussing with me before I made a decision!

My battery died and I needed to take the car in for a replacement immediately. They said they were fully booked but they may be able to work on it if I brought it by. They were able to replace the battery within a few hours! I would definitely go there again.
