Mancinelli's has earned a new customer! Thorough diagnosis and quality repair. What I would like in the future is follow through on phone calls. The part did not come on and the repair was delayed until the next day. I was told a follow up call would be made to me around 830a. I waited until 1030a and decided to call. Customer service follow up fair.

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. They were able to fit me in right away, recommended some small repairs, and got my car back to me the next day! Their inspection report was very detailed and included before and after pictures. They even got me a ride home and a ride back to the shop when the car was ready. To top it off I received a thoughtful thank you note in the mail. I couldn’t say enough about how happy I am with the service here!!!
