I went in because I had a few weird (to me, at least) issues. They were great about explaining what would happen, what the time frame should be etc. What I really appreciated was the detail they went into about what their diagnosis was and why they came to that conclusion. I'm nowhere near a mechanic, but I try to learn and I like to see pictures/learn about what the issues were and they did all of that. I thought their pricing was fair. When they needed to keep my car over the weekend, I was offered a rental at no cost to me. Also, they left my car in great shape and gave me several recommendations for repairs. The popcorn was a nice touch! I've found my shop from now on!
