This shop clearly values customer service! Every employee took extra time to answer my questions and help me feel supported. I usually loath going to the auto shop but I had a delightful experience here. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone in the Denver area. Thanks again to Mancinelli's. A part was not available to buy to protest my catalytic converter from thieves, so Mancinelli's went the extra mile and fabricated one. As always, I really appreciate their service!

Great service! They did a complimentary check of the entire car, but didn’t force anything to be fixed. After giving me a quote for the main issue, they were able to bring it down by $100. They prioritize getting the car fixed at the lowest price! Great communication as well.

We were extremely pleased. The work was more challenging than expected, and you kept us informed and adhered to the estimated cost. You were very understanding of the fact that we were uncomfortable driving downtown on a Friday afternoon and were very willing to keep our car over the weekend.
