I’ve been going to Mancinelli’s for a couple years now after a referral. I used to visit the dealer directly and had so-so experiences (and repeat phone calls so sell or trade-in, ugh). They handle my regular maintenance for my 2013 VW Jetta (roughly every 10K miles). They’ve always been extremely professional, providing updates via text with links to documents of their maintenance checks, what they found, and pictures. They provide a shuttle if you drop off the car and provide after hours drop off. Their pricing is transparent and fair for the area. I don’t know much about cars but I’m glad I found them. I used to have a shop like this in Illinois with trusted and respectful folks. My favorite review being that car people bring their cars here.

Last of the car garages left in the inner city. Steve provides excellent service and I think that is due to his attitude and his stable long term employees. One of his services is pickup and drop off.
