great service but seems like they are extra thorough to a fault. seems like they are looking for things to fix in order to charge you more, but then again, from my own experience, that's standard business practice in the auto shop world. tried to get all tires replaced but they never offered the brand or type of tires, just gave a bottom line price of over 1 grand. seems like they took the liberty in choosing the most expensive tires plus warranty deal in order to make the most profit. its a small business so they have to charge more than places like pep boys, big o tires, Walmart. etc.

I've only been to Mancinelli's a few times at this point, but I'm not planning to go anywhere else. Not only are they centrally located (and right down the street from me), but above all, they're kind, honest, and thorough. I echo others' comments about the level of communication - they keep me updated on my car's progress while it's in the shop, even if it's for a two-hour inspection and oil change. They send me reminders when maintenance is due, as well as holiday and customer appreciation cards. They seem to truly value their customers, and it shows in all ways that they conduct their business. I'm so glad I found Mancinelli's!

Mancinelli's Auto Repair is, without question, the best repair shop I've thus far encountered. Their customer service absolutely transcended my expectations. They remind you of your appointment the day before, and update you regarding your car's progress consistently throughout the day. Surely I am not alone among the masses who have spent hours (or days) wondering "I wonder what's happening with my car?". At Mancinelli's, you are happily relieved of this burden. The shop also offers a courtesy shuttle to drive you anywhere within a 5-mile radius (which is perfect, as the shop is centrally located within Denver). I took advantage of this offer and the owner, Steve Mancinelli, drove me back to my apartment after I dropped off my car and then picked me up again when my car was ready. The shuttle was not only convenient, but a pleasure to be in. Steve is an incredibly kind man and a great conversationalist; the trips to and from the shop were delightful.My car runs as well as it ever has after its visit to Mancinelli's and the report they provide afterwards is wonderfully helpful. Mike, who was working the front desk and also provided me with updates throughout the day, walked me through everything on the report and explained, in detail, the relevance of all. To my surprise, they also included a picture of the component that needed replacement (a transmission mount) so I was able to see exactly what had gone awry.Steve has built a business upon a foundation of customer service, accountability, transparency, and quality work. Mancinelli's Auto Repair deserves recognition, sincerely, for the way they comport themselves. They ought to be an example for all institutions, regardless of field or market, of how to conduct business.My sincerest thanks to Steve, Mike, Tony, and everyone else at Mancinelli's whom I did not have the pleasure to meet.

I recently had an issue with my Jeep and found Mancinellis via yelp. It's never easy or convenient to have your car fixed, but Mancinelli's made it unbelievably easy. Rene, the main contact I communicated with was by far the BEST person I have ever worked with regarding any service provider. If and when I ever have another issue with my vehicle I will absolutely take it back to Mancinellis. They thoroughly explained everything they did and why at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them if you are need of having your vehicle serviced.

I think Mancinelli's does a thorough job without selling me anything I don't really need. I can get an honest answer when I saw "just do what's absolutely necessary right now" and I don't get any grief about that. Their shuttle service is great, as I always have a bunch of kids with me. They even brought my car to ME once when I couldn't get out. Great customer service in general.

Mancinelli's took really good care of my car. They were very thorough in their evaluation of the car including the things I wanted them to look at. They were very clear and upfront about the repairs that were needed and the associated costs. The part of their service I appreciated the most was their honesty. I was unable to afford the cost of all the repairs recommended, so Mike went through the list of repairs that were not urgent and the ones that were more urgent for safety. They did a great job. Overall, I'm satisfied with their work and honesty. I'd return to them and recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic that is trustworthy, knowledgeable and thorough. I just wish they were closer to my side of town and that their shuttle service went out further than a 3-mile radius for me to get to work.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service Mancinelli's consistently provides. They came highly recommended to me when I moved to Denver a few years ago and I haven't considered changing auto shops since my first visit.Most recently, though, their team's honesty and transparency about a relatively high-cost repair ended up saving me 50% of the costs (a difference between $1,500 and $700). It is that level of integrity that will keep me at Mancinelli's for years to come.I give the utmost thanks to this team for their service and their principles.

Absolutely love this place!!! they did a wonderful job on my vehicle mike Martinez took great care of me he got everything done quick and made it easy for me along with being half the price of what Nissan was quoting me, I received a detailed report with pictures on my vehicle straight to my cellphone I would definitely recommend this place!!! Mike was awesome!!

I would highly recommend Mancinelli's for car maintenance and repair in Denver. They have top-notch service and provide excellent diagnostic reports with pictures so it's easy to understand. Not to mention the timely shuttle service they offer. Drop your car off in the morning and get a ride to and from work after your car is complete. Definitely a great local auto shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Check them out for yourself!

Mancinelli's continues to impress me! I've brought my car there for service for the past few years. While out of state with my car, I had some issues with my breaks, which Mancinelli's previously worked on. Mancinelli's went above and beyond and worked with the warranty company and the shop I brought my car to so that the repair would be covered under warranty. A repair that would have cost over $300 only cost me $25 because of their help! This extra level of care if something I've never experienced with another auto repair shop They are the best!
