I love Mancinelli's!! They are friendly, professional, and efficient. I feel very lucky to have them in my neighborhood (very different experience from going to a large chain).

These guys are the best. It's a half step more expensive that most - for example, my last lube/oil/filter was $49, when I probably could have gotten $39 somewhere else. But it's definitely worth it. They are booked out a week/ten days, no doubt because their customers are as loyal as they are, so it's good to get an appointment set ahead of time. Nothing but great things to say.

This place is a class act. I've gone here a few times for minor maintenance and recently had them do some more expensive maintenance. They always are very honest and upfront and complete the work on time- never a single delay! Most recently they sent me a card thanking me for my business. Steve is the best and this is the reason I believe in supporting small businesses.

I have been a customer for 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service, the work performed and many times with the methods for problem resolution. It also helps alot that they have a courtesy service so you get to and from work or home.

Customer service is really top notch here. While you may be able to get your auto repair done slightly cheaper somewhere else, you really get the value in the warranty, honesty, and top notch work the Team here does. I recently called after over a year after service as I was selling my car and lost my records of service done. I called and the team was so polite, had the information over in 5 minutes. This is a really well ran business that truly understands customer service. They are realistic and consultative. I highly recommend.

I've used this shop for a few years now. I use their shuttle to get to work when they are working on my car which is great. My favorite part is that they are good about telling me what my car might need in the future so I can budget. I've never felt pressured into getting work done, instead they are good about giving me options and I feel being pretty honest about what's urgent.

I popped into Mancinelli's at the end of the day today to have them check my low pressure indicator. Once again, they got me in right away and repaired it quickly. Their customer service is fantastic and it feels great to support a small company who cares.
