I'm very happy I switched to getting my oil changed here. I was going to another place near by and they quoted me a large amount of work that needed to get done on my car. I took my car here as a second opinion and found that I didn't need the recommended work at all. They have friendly customer service and I trust their opinion.

I live nearby so wanted to try Mancinelli's for an oil change for my vehicle. Jessica and Mike were extremely friendly....a mechanic shop that calls the day before the appointment to confirm! Very impressive!!They completed a very thorough exam on my vehicle and called me to let me know what was discovered and get my ok for the extra work needed. I got a call in the afternoon that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Once again, Mike and Jessica were there when I piked up my car and we talked awhile about my car and Denver for awhile even though it was nearing closing time. I strongly encourage all nearby to use Mancinellis!

Lifesavers!Realized I had a flat about a minute into my commute this morning and frantically got on Yelp to find the nearest auto repair shop. Mancinelli's was thankfully only about two blocks from where I had pulled over. They offered me a ride to work, which was a nice surprise but I work way out on S. Parker Road. So they checked to see if they could get me in immediately so I could avoid a pricey cab ride. Luckily, it was just a small puncture (screw) and they were able to get my car in and out in less than half an hour for only $24. Friendly and helpful, will definitely return for any repairs/maintenance. Also helps that they're close to my neighborhood in case I need to drop the car off.

I had a flat over the weekend and left my car in their parking lot since they were close by. By 9am Monday, it was fixed and ready to go for a $24. As I waited for my car, the people in the front office were very nice.I wish they were open on Saturday, but other than that, it was a great experience.

I took my '05 Escape in due to a oil leak. They could have told me anything in the world was in need of repair & I may have believed them. But they are too honest to do that. A service garage doesn't stay in business for over 50 years in one location taking advantage of its customers. And if something needs repair they do it right the first time.

Mancinelli's is the best, hands down. extensive experience, complete honesty and they are so appreciative to get your business that they work hard to keep it. They have been around forever and there is a reason!

Don't waste your time taking your car to another shop, these guy are super honest and go beyond to inform you about repairs or potential future repairs on your car. I have tried out many shops around Denver and wish I found these guys years earlier. Steve and his crew are knowledgable and their free shuttle service is clutch. Seriously, don't waste your time taking you car some place else.

May be a little more expensive than some places but I get the feeling there are honest people and I know they stand behind their work, which to me is worth a little extra. Plus just like Enterprise Rental car they will pick you up. Nice folks

Great customer service - and honesty - what a bonus!!!Seriously - I took my '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee because the infamous check engine light came on. Embarrassed to say one of the two reasons was the gas cap wasn't on tight. Duh. The could've told me anything...but they didn't. Called me on the phone, explained the challenges and took care of it.And they did recommend additional services - but laid out what needed to be done when... actually gave me an order to do things as to budget for the repairs. Never pushed to do anything right then and there. And the prices I paid were fair. Maybe a smidge more than someplace else, but golly, it was just worth it.And silly as this sounds...this was the first time I've ever been there. When I walked in to pick up the car, Jessica greeted me by name...as if I'd been a customer forever. I guess if you value good service, and honesty this repair shop is for you.

Had a flat, brought it in at 9, picked it up at 11. Super fair price. They also did a lot of the little things some car shops don't do, such as put the spare tire and tools away properly in the truck, aired up and checked the other tires, cleaned the windows. Highly recommended.
