Mancinelli's Auto Repair is, without question, the best repair shop I've thus far encountered. Their customer service absolutely transcended my expectations. They remind you of your appointment the day before, and update you regarding your car's progress consistently throughout the day. Surely I am not alone among the masses who have spent hours (or days) wondering "I wonder what's happening with my car?". At Mancinelli's, you are happily relieved of this burden. The shop also offers a courtesy shuttle to drive you anywhere within a 5-mile radius (which is perfect, as the shop is centrally located within Denver). I took advantage of this offer and the owner, Steve Mancinelli, drove me back to my apartment after I dropped off my car and then picked me up again when my car was ready. The shuttle was not only convenient, but a pleasure to be in. Steve is an incredibly kind man and a great conversationalist; the trips to and from the shop were delightful.My car runs as well as it ever has after its visit to Mancinelli's and the report they provide afterwards is wonderfully helpful. Mike, who was working the front desk and also provided me with updates throughout the day, walked me through everything on the report and explained, in detail, the relevance of all. To my surprise, they also included a picture of the component that needed replacement (a transmission mount) so I was able to see exactly what had gone awry.Steve has built a business upon a foundation of customer service, accountability, transparency, and quality work. Mancinelli's Auto Repair deserves recognition, sincerely, for the way they comport themselves. They ought to be an example for all institutions, regardless of field or market, of how to conduct business.My sincerest thanks to Steve, Mike, Tony, and everyone else at Mancinelli's whom I did not have the pleasure to meet.
