Mancinellis is open and as always responsive! My car battery died and they had a new one for me within hours. Steve was disinfecting the car when I came to pick it up. Offered to give me a ride to and from, but I needed the walk! A pleasure to support local business.

I count myself lucky to have Mancinelli's nearby. The work done over the last four or so years on my less-than-new Mini-Cooper has been stellar. Fair prices as far as I can tell. Good documentation. Helpful answers to my questions. Even surrounded by grandiose constructions projects, the grounds and garage are kept clean and tidy. This would have been the 2nd time I took my Jeep to them. They figured out my problem with my Jeep and explained in great detail what needed to be done. I never felt like I was being pushed around or that when my fiance and I wanted to put Steve on mute to discuss the repairs together, Steve didn't seem bothered by it. I also appreciate the link that was sent to me via text and the details within the link of the full inspection. I loved the before and after pictures that were taken. Thank you so much!!!
