Everything was great, customer service was excellent and car repair went well. It seemed a little expensive but I trust your shop.

My car ran out of gas right at Speer and Logan and I conveniently rolled into Mancinelli’s and they let me borrow a gas can to fill up at a nearby gas station. Ben who works there put the gas in my car for me and also helped me start it when it was struggling to start. Seriously saved the day!

I had an awesome experience here and I’d recommend this place to anyone. My car broke down unexpectedly so it got towed to this shop with no notice, just based off of a friends recommendation. There’s a lot wrong with my vehicle but they ran a full diagnostic report letting me know exactly what was needed to get it running again. They ended up going above and beyond by fixing a belt at no charge that I couldn’t afford to replace at the time, due to the safety issue it imposed when they replaced my alternator. All this was done in 24 hours from when I had it towed there. Alternator replacement was still expensive, but that’d be true anywhere. Great place to take your car!

Mancinelli has been my auto shop for over 5 years. I first went to them on the recommendation of a neighbor, after I had some bad work done from a chain service. I was happy and relieved to find a long time family owned business who obviously cares about quality work to take care of my vehicle. They provide pictures and detailed knowledgeable explanations to all of my questions. The mechanics have been happy to show me the replaced parts when I am curious about the wear or damage that needed attention. I have an older vehicle, so I also get a road map/plan from them on how to keep it running safely and what to prioritize. They also provide a shuttle service, which makes drop off and pick up so much easier. And when they pick me up, they know my name.

Mancinelli's has been taking care of my car for years. Their concierge service is the best, it's so convenient. The steps they're taking to ensure my car was sanitized after it was serviced is thoughtful and appreciated!

Showed up without an appointment, the fit me in and did the best quick, courteous, and thorough repair of my older Mercedes Benz. They are awesome and I will be returning whenever my vehicle needs attention! Thanks Steve!

Truck broke down in eagle Colorado! I was stranded. No Uber’s, taxis or buses around. There was a rental car place about 10 miles away but didn’t offer pick up service. I called a local “mobile” mechanic and he came about two hours late. He told me my rear end when out and it would cost several thousands of dollars and would take 3 days to fix. I obviously declined and wanted a second opinion. I called Mancinelli’s for a second opinion and after speaking to Alex, I had it towed 197 miles to Mancinelli’s. The mobile mechanic told me I owed him $500 for the inspection. Upon inspection at Mancinelli’s, Alex called me right away and told me it was not my rear end and that a caliper bold fell out and caused the brake housing to be dislodged and got jammed (which is why the truck wouldn’t move). Alex told me it would cost around $350 and sure enough, the truck is back to normal. They are the most reliable, honest and trustworthy shop in the state of Colorado in my opinion. They are reasonable and do fantastic work. Thank you Alex and Andrew for inspecting my truck and making sure that I didn’t have to spend thousands for no reason! I will always trust Mancinelli’s with my vehicles! Truly exceptional!

Mancinelli’s made my car repair fast and easy! I thought my alternator was going out; but it was a much simpler, cheaper fix. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even replaced the battery in my key fob. I highly recommend Mancinelli’s! Great service at a great price, I will definitely be back.
