Mancinilli’s is great! They kept me informed every step of the way from diagnosing my problem through notifying me when repairs were completed. Not only did they provide me with written updates but provided pictures showing what was wrong and the replacement parts being used. HONESTY & GREAT SERVICE! I've been coming to Mancinelli's for 17 years now, since I first moved to Denver. Wouldn't think of taking my cars over the years to anyone else! If honesty is the pinnacle of great service, then these guys are worth putting your trust in. A few weeks ago I had my foreign make car drop dead at Cherry Creek Shopping Center. At the ticket paybooth exit, no less! Mancinelli's recommended a towing company who arrived in less than 20 minutes, and I had my vehicle towed to Mancinelli's. Long story short, the day I came to pick up my car from them I was almost dumbfounded by the bill presented to me! It was almost half of what was quoted to me a few days earlier! Apparently, the parts that it turned out they actually needed were half the price of what they had originally thought. I would suspect many other auto repair shops would have just charged the original quoted amount and pocketed the difference themselves. Not here. Steve, the owner at Mancinelli's, was a stand-up guy and readjusted my bill downward accordingly. I am forever grateful to him and his team of auto experts. Try 'em out...you won't be disappointed!
