Baking Soda
Mix equal parts baking soda and water to create a paste. Use a sponge to clean the headlight in circular motions and rinse with water.
Vinegar
Remove the headlight lens and soak them in vinegar for at least an hour. Afterward, give them a good scrub with a dry cloth. Wash them a second time with automotive soap and water.
After you have cleaned your headlights, you may be wondering how you can prevent them from becoming fuzzy in the future. If possible, always park your car in the shade. Parking in direct sunlight can increase the oxidizing process and leave your headlights yellow. Try not to skip washing your vehicle and give special attention to the headlights. Wipe them with a microfiber cloth and non-abrasive polish. This can keep them intact longer.
