MERCEDES-BENZ
A division of the German company Daimler AG, Mercedes-Benz is widely regarded for producing the first gas-powered vehicle. PORSCHE
Another Volkswagen owned company, Porsche focus is on sports cars and a few SUVs. VOLKSWAGEN
Founded in 1937, Volkswagen was the biggest automobile producer in the world in terms of sales during the 2016 calendar year. The 10.31 million vehicles sold worldwide allowed the company to pass Japanese manufacturer Toyota for the top position. Current 2017 models include the popular Jetta and Passat sedans, Touareg SUV, and all-new Tiguan.
